These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RenderVolt ("the Service", "Platform"), operated by Forge Digital, located at 60-62 Margaret Street, London, W1W 8TF, United Kingdom.
By creating an account, subscribing to our services, or purchasing GPU render credits, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
RenderVolt provides cloud-based high-performance GPU compute services for 3D digital artists, animators, and media creators. This includes:
All purchases (including Emergency Fast-Pass, Creator Packs, and Monthly Memberships) are processed securely through our authorized payment processors (including Stripe and Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record). GPU compute credits and membership access are granted immediately upon successful transaction completion.
RenderVolt provides automated preflight scanning tools to inspect 3D files for missing assets, textures, and VRAM limits prior to rendering. If a job fails due to an infrastructure or hardware fault on our cluster, users are entitled to an immediate re-render at zero cost or a refund of the affected compute credits.
You agree not to use the RenderVolt GPU compute infrastructure for cryptocurrency mining, unauthorized network scanning, denial of service attacks, generation of illegal or harmful material, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
You retain 100% full copyright and ownership of all 3D models, scenes, video assets, and rendered outputs uploaded to or generated by RenderVolt. We claim zero ownership of user projects.
