At RenderVolt (operated by Forge Digital, 60-62 Margaret Street, London, W1W 8TF, UK), we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your personal data is handled in accordance with the UK GDPR and international privacy standards.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the essential information needed to deliver our cloud GPU services:

• Account Information: Your email address, username, and account preferences.
• Project Files: 3D scenes, texture archives, and render outputs uploaded to our cloud storage for processing.
• Payment Information: Handled securely by our PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment partners (Stripe & Lemon Squeezy). We never store your full payment card number on our servers.
• Usage & Telemetry: GPU render times, VRAM metrics, and frame execution logs to calculate accurate billing.

3. Project File Security & Retention

Your uploaded 3D assets and rendered outputs are stored on encrypted cloud volumes. Project files are never shared with third parties or used to train public models. You can delete your project assets at any time from your Cloud Console.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share data with infrastructure partners required to deliver compute services (e.g. cloud datacenter hosts and payment processors).

5. Your Rights (GDPR)
